Exchange & Return Policy
Customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving their order if they encounter an issue.
Items can only be considered for exchange if they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Sale, customised, and made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless received damaged or incorrect.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect size selection by the customer.
Any approved exchange will be subject to product availability.
