Payment Policy
Payments must be made through the payment methods provided by Parishe.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require an advance payment of PKR 500.
The remaining balance must be paid to the delivery rider upon receiving the parcel.
The PKR 500 advance payment will be adjusted against the total order amount.
Orders will only be processed once the advance payment has been received.
The advance payment is non-refundable in case of customer cancellation or refusal to receive the parcel.
Full advance payment may be required for customised or made-to-order items.
Delivery Policy
Delivery charges are separate unless stated otherwise.
Estimated delivery times will be shared when placing your order (approximately 4-5 days).
Delivery may take longer during busy seasons, public holidays, or unexpected circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery details.
